« I have one way to describe our stay… “when can we book our next stay” !! From the pre trip check in on our ferry timings to the pick up and drop at the hotel, the welcome and seamless check in. It was A+ customer service all the way. The hotel is new and everything is very well managed. The spa was great- we had the signature and herbal treatment, they also made a last min schedule change as per our request. « The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »

« Great hotel and very central, which might be a drawback during weekends if facing the market. Can be noisy if you like the quietness (noise level going down from 10:11Pm). Excellent bedding and great service. Swimming pool access hours are quiet extensive. Pool a little short if you want to do laps. »

« Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cet établissement. Il propose des transferts gratuits depuis et vers le débarcadère de Nongsa. Les bâtiments s'intègrent très bien dans le paysage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des réceptionnistes, notre très grande chambre à proximité immédiate de la mer, le buffet du petit déjeuner, les deux piscines, le bar sur la jetée, les repas abordables, la plage et les rochers en granit qui évoquent la Bretagne quand la marée se retire. « Asialink rooms are recently redecorated, clean and to a hit standard. Hotel is 15min walk to the main Batam shopping malls. Hotel has a small outdoor pool. Reception area lets the hotel down. Breakfast is a Malay style buffet which feels like a busy shopping mall on Saturdays. So great rooms but a bit grotty in the public spaces. »

« Virkelig fin service og altid imødekommende personale, der løste alle situationer for os. Stedet er slidt og trænger til renovering, som allerede var igang flere steder på resortet, men hvilket også afspejler sig sig i den meget rimelige pris for opholdet. Det helt store plus er er, at du gratis kan blive kørt mellem de tre resorts i området og derved har adgang til blandt andet 4 restauranter, 3 lækre pools og et lille træningslokale.
