'Food was ok but the appetisers for the western food is not good. We ordered mesclun salad but what we got was a salad with Romaine lettuce, it's supposed to be a mix of different greens, the french onion soup tasted weird, the onions were not soft or caramelized and did not have the cheese on top of the soup. The steak and lamb chops were good. Overall the hotel is nice but need to improve on the western menu. The breakfast buffet was also good.'

'Zeer welkom gevoel, vriendelijke ontvangst in grote heldere en schone lobby. Nette kamer met goed bed. Zwembad bij hotel was leuk, ligt alleen in de schaduw maar met de warmte van Batam is dat niet heel naar. Eten en drinken bij ontbijt was niet aan ons besteed, veel lokaal eten en het andere was smaakloos.'

'Very new Hotel. I booked the executive studio, so the room was big and plenty comfortable. It's connected to the Grand Batam mall just next door and I don't need to walk outside to access the mall, which is very convenient. The only bad thing was that noise isolation from outside is poor. I could hear car noises form the outside. And for some reason they are doing some kind of remodeling/construction either upstairs or downstairs on a Saturday. I could hear the electric saw noises and hammer...

'Rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the surroundings are quite beautiful. There are only two dining choices on weekdays and there many things to do during the day as the city and towns are not close and there are no interesting places to visit nearby. It's great if you want to sit around the pool all day, but not if you want to get out and see things.'

Wir hatten im Haus eins Probleme mit üblem Geruch aus der Toilette. Darauf wurde umgehend eingegangen und wir wurden im Haus 3 untergebracht. 'Net hotel. Vriendelijk en keurige personeel. Jammer dat het door corona erg rustig was. Kamers iets gedateerd, maar schoon en alles werkt. Fijn bed. Kamers zijn wel donker en mijn kamer keek uit op een soort gallerij zonder buitenlicht. Dat maakte de kamer nog donkerder.'

'Todella rauhallinen paikka ja uima-allaskin oli lähes yksityiskäytössä. Alueen ravintoloiden aukioloajat eivät pitäneet paikkaansa eikä mitään tietoa yksityistilaisuuksista. Ihanan isot huoneet. Sivuilla on maininta että lentokenttäkuljetus lisämaksusta ja maksutta lauttaterminaaleihin näin ei kuitenkaan ollu vaan maksettiin itse tullessa taksi ja paluumatka hotellin järjestämä. Stedet er slidt og trænger til renovering, som allerede var igang flere steder på resortet, men hvilket også afspejler sig sig i den meget rimelige pris for opholdet.
