« Proposer un lit de 120 pour 2 personnes dans une chambre double , dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, c'est se moquer du monde ! Le confort anglais? Très mal dormi. Dommage car tout le reste est bien. Est-ce Hotel.com qui propose une chambre seule pour 2 personnes ou l'hôtel lui même? »

« Excellent stay from start to finish. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Price for meals a little on the high side but were well prepared and presented. Included breakfast with our package and was not dissapointed as plenty of choice. Rooms a little dated but who stays in their room all day. Very good leisure facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and relatives. »

« Hotel was lovely looking and the room was nice too. However, we paid a rate that was supposed to include breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. The food looked like it had been there for ages and I paid for an actual breakfast. We weren’t told there was no chef until we went down for the meal. I feel we should have been charged less as at no point were we told that...

« Great apartment within 15-20 mins walk along the canal into the city. Comfy beds, excellent communication with the host, great kitchen and TV. Lovely welcome pack. Can get a bit hot when there’s a heatwave because of the big windows. Would recommend highly. »
