« Great room, location and restaurant but the best bit by far was the staff. So helpful and made extra effort with my little boy. Chef even cooked something that wasn’t on the menu for him. Honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough! »

« Hotel was lovely looking and the room was nice too. However, we paid a rate that was supposed to include breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. The food looked like it had been there for ages and I paid for an actual breakfast. We weren’t told there was no chef until we went down for the meal. I feel we should have been charged less as at no point were we told that...

« Great apartment within 15-20 mins walk along the canal into the city. Comfy beds, excellent communication with the host, great kitchen and TV. Lovely welcome pack. Can get a bit hot when there’s a heatwave because of the big windows. Would recommend highly. »
