'We only booked this hotel for one night with the view of catching the glacier express in the morning but stayed for 3 nights as the town experienced bad weather with no power. The hotel went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome on the subsequent night. They didn’t charge any of the guests for the 2nd night stay as the there was no power at the hotel (not their fault as the whole town didn’t have town, infact the whole valley was without power for 2 days. 'The hotel is great, with a very convenient location close to the train station. The hotel is pretty and comfortable, with its own restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was on the top floor and had a glass ceiling to see the mountains. The only downside was that it was very noisy at night because it was right on the Main Street and people were out late. '
