« When I checked-in room was not at all clean along with the bathroom. I could see the bad bugs on the bed. The towels were stinking and very dirty. While using the bathroom drainage was also not proper. However, they have upgraded the room after raising a concern but then there was only one light and the socket was working rest was not working. I called reception no one turned up. Due to these reasons I reduced my stay from 2 days to 1 day. Expedia helped me to refund the amount for 1 day. One...

« Stayed here for 3 nights booked rooms Do not book for anything more than 2k. Pathetic service and amenities Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day. We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates....

« This hotel was super clean and comfortable. The suite style room was inviting and quite big for families. A very clean and modern bathroom. The staff goes above and beyond for our needs, especially the staff at the restaurant - they were amazing, friendly and accommodating. The only issue is the poor soundproofing of the room windows. « The hotel has a lakeview but only from the roof top restaurant. If you want to be closer to the centre of Udaipur and the beautiful city palace then choose a different hotel. The Lake View Palace is opposite the Chunda Palace Hotel which is a 4*/5* hotel and every night I was staying at the Lake View there was a loud music event at the Chunda Palace which was very noisy. The first day our groups showed up, they checked in and within 2 hours they called to let us know rooms were terrible, sheets were dirty, bathrooms and were dirty.
