« This property is a consumer best buy in terms of options in the key. Being able to walk across the road to the beach access, especially when you have young kids, can’t be beat. It’s also beautiful inside with loads of amenities, and the staff is so pleasant. The street facing apartment is a little loud at night (not something they can control, of course), but the trade off for the extra beach time we got without the hassle of parking was well worth it. « Clean and close to beach »

« This is the place to stay in Siesta key! Been coming here for many years and even though the ownership has changed the quality has not declined. They graciously accommodated us even though some of the units in their other buildings were not ready for our arrival. In the main building where we stayed we saw no evidence of any damage. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was delightful, and we will be back! »

« We loved the location of the property and the unit met all of our expectations. Easy check in process and the owners were easy to connect with if there were questions or concerns. The unit was very comfortable, clean and the kitchen had everything needed. The building amenities were great along with all the people. Great place to stay! »

« A wonderful place, beautifully furnished, lovely garden with plenty of birds & cute wild rabbits. We used the barbecue several times & really enjoyed the basketball court and beach at a walking distance. Highly recommended!!! »

« A quiet, clean and safe place to stay. One or two minute walk to the private, gorgeous, quartz sand beach. A breathtaking beach of pure white sand. Property is well maintained, gated and quiet. »
