« Check in was a pleasant experience. The front desk clerk was very personable and professional. She went over every detail of checking in. Room was clean and comfortable. Even though there was hotel renovations going on, it wasn't loud and working ended late afternoon. The only issue I have is they do not provide trash can liners anymore. I had to go to the front desk to get trash bags because we did not have any in the trash cans. The front desk clerk politely gave me 2 but told me that...

« Notre séjour a constitué une grande déception : - le personne au front desk souvent désagréable (3 personnes sur 5 rencontrées) - mauvaise insonorisation, réveil deux nuits de suite à 4h du matin à cause des bruits de pas dans la chambre du dessus - la petit déjeuner se prend à l’extérieur avec une somme ne permettant pas de prendre un « vrai repas » - aucun « esprit B&B » En revanche, l’établissement était très propre et la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. »

« Bruit de la ventilation dans la chambre au rez de chaussez (1er étage) insupportable et impossible de le réduire (conception de l'hôtel). C'est la plainte numéro un des clients, et ce n'est pourtant indiqué dans aucun des avis !!! Le personnel a fait ce qu'il a pu; c'est à dire rien (hôtel complet) mais a été désolé et très aimable. »

« Rooms were clean with up to date appliances Comfortable furniture Staff very professional and accommodating »

« The location was good and the accommodations were great. The only difficulty was understanding the check in process and the room wasn't ready on time. We waited an extra 30 minutes and had to go back to the check in desk because no one notified us that it was ready. »

« Our trip was pretty great! The only complaint we would have was the stiffness of the beds. But otherwise it was worth the drive, will definitely be back. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes. The condo was very spacious and bright. We had plenty of room for a family of six. We appreciated the three large bathrooms with accessibility features. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately stocked. Though could have used a bit more silverware. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! »

« Check-in was very vague. We were contacted via messenger on hotels.com instead of my email or phone. We didnt get it until we arrived at 18:00. There was no one at the security desk to let us in to the gate. Other than lack of communication in the beginning it was okay. Beautiful property nice and quiet. The pictures were not of the room we got...we thought we werr getting a loft style instead of apartment style. »

« Perfect. Beautiful resort and really lovely unit. We had a 3 bedroom and it is huge. Was able to host our Christmas get together and the views are beautiful. Can’t imagine a negative comment… »

« The property was wonderful! Ocean view from our balcony. Could walk to the beach and hang out (if weather was warmer). Our son was in a college tennis tournament on site and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the courts. Would definitely stay there again if we are going back next year for the same tournament. »

« I’m thrilled with the location of this condo. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, and there are also easy-to-access walking, running, and biking trails. There are plenty of local restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and attractions nearby. The only downside is that I didn’t receive the email from Evolve with the check-in/out instructions, as it was delivered to my spam folder. The unit was a bit dusty, probably because it was the off-season when I visited, but a quick trip to the local...

« It was a great location for everything we did. We felt safe in the neighborhood and there was always a parking spot close to the house. All in all it was great. »

« What an excellent place to stay. I was in town for my son’s bachelor party wanted a little place away from the kids. It was clean. The location is fantastic. The beach is right there. I’m mistakenly left clothes behind in the room. The host was so so nice. She packed up my clothes and sent them to me and refused to take payment, I couldn’t have been happier with my choice »
