« We loved the view and the beach of this hotel, the rooms are also very nice. There is a lot of wind in this side of the island and is a little far from the town. we were a little disappointed of the restaurant, during of 5 days we couldn't eat fresh fish because they didn't have some products and they had a kitchen problem. Also the dishes are always the same (it would be nice to change at least 1 or 2 dishes every week) and you are forced to eat there every night because you need 30 min to go...

« The property and location are fantastic. Very clean and inviting when you arrive, and there is space to move around, with large shared patios out front. The staff were all incredible and this is what really made the stay enjoyable. Helpful, kind, friendly, honest. Though, it felt quite expensive for what you get. You pay for the proximity to the beach. The restaurant and drinks were very expensive. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room as well. Overall, i would recommend Arenas,...

« We had an amazing time at this location. Our experience here was genuinely incredible the staff was beyond friendly very helpful we in need. A very welcoming place. We had a taxi driver that was called too us anywhere we were at by the hotel his last name was terry highly recommend. Overall highly recommended and will come again. »

« Great little BnB with only 4 rooms on the property. Talia and Delmar are awesome hosts right down to the authentic Nicaraguan breakfast. The location can’t be beat. Just steps from Long Bay beach and the views are incredible! I was in the Salty Air room with a great ocean view from the balcony. I would go back! »

« Loved this hotel. It’s nothing fancy but clean, friendly, and has everything you need! Close to town and trails to the rest of the island. Located in a locals area. Great if you’re on a budget, want to learn to dive, or just hang out and watch the sunrise and set. »

« Pretty property run by two lovely sisters from Toronto. Unfortunately, the property fails on some core missions. The "comfort double rooms" feature rather ascetic bedding and are not really set up for more than one person: the interior shutters and the bathroom door swing into the room making it very tight if not impossible to navigate at night. Also the cabins are poorly built for this climate; they are very hot and don't have any airflow or hot air ventilation. The overhead fans don't provide...
