The reservation process was a breeze, and Jon, the owner, was exceptionally kind and accommodating. He communicated seamlessly, responding quickly to all our questions before we made our reservation. The place was beautifully decorated, spotless, snug, and surprisingly serene! Jon provided thorough and straightforward instructions. He is incredibly welcoming to pets, and...

' Very nice place. Usually have to drive around the block a few times to find parking unless it’s the middle of the day. Convenient location other than parking. The loft area gets very hot but running the fan helps. Would be perfect if the loft has its own hvac unit. '

'This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again.'

'This is our second year in a row of renting the Cozy Cottage. It’s a wonderful location to get away from it all while still close to plenty of Cowan Lake trails and Caesar’s Creek activities for the kids. We loved being to bring our dog and find all the amenities to feel like we were glamping. :)'

'Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!'

'We stayed in the Odd Fellows room which was wonderful. It was very clean and had every convenience that I needed. I appreciated the personal touches like the extra, soft blankets and the quirky decor. The whiskey venue downstairs got a little loud on the Saturday night, but the noise machine and ear plugs helped with that. Overall, I highly recommend!'
