'I was a little nervous booking this property due to all the bad reviews, but the condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and provided all of the necessities we needed. Towels, bath soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and a fully stocked kitchen was provided. The building is right on the beach and has two pools. The elevators were working fine while we were there and they were conveniently located in the parking garage. This condo was a great value!'

'I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. We had issues in the beginning with the dishwasher and air...

'The property is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and Disney. On a busy road (192) but the back of the property is quiet and peaceful. Large lake, pool and walking path arebehind every unit. Fully equipped kitchen. Love staying here.'

'Overall, a very good experience. Good communication with front desk and easy check in. Only significant issue was an extreme lack of water pressure. They did try to fix it and had brief moments of improvement but overall it was hard for the people to take a quality shower in the room. We were on the 8th floor. Other guests were asked said they had no issue. So it was a localized issue. '
