« Enjoyed my stay at Gateway. Although the exterior and hallways give an institutionalized vibe, my studio room was absolutely wonderful. It was very functional and relaxing place to stay after a hardday skiing. I would stay there again. I did have some issues with an extension cord that was used to plug up appliances in the kitchen area. Also found the kitchen area, especially at night was dark and needed more light. Overall, a great place to stay! A great place to stay with easy walking access...

« We stayed two nights during our tourist trip to SW Colorado. Pagosa Springs did not disappoint. The Alley House was the perfect size and included everything we look for in a VRBO. PET FRIENDLY for our small dog. The management of the property was easy to work with and made sure our visit went smoothly. Tons of fun things to do in Pagosa Springs! Highly recommend hiking Reservoir Hill and Treasure Falls on the pass. Great fun - THANK YOU. »

« We had the perfect stay at Purple Juniper! Such a lovely, safe neighborhood and an easy walk to so many shops and restaurants downtown. Victoria was the perfect host, so easy to communicate with and willing to get us anything we needed our entire stay. The residence has an impressive and generous stock of every kitchen and pantry staple you could imagine, truly the best of any rental we have ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and towels.10/10! »

« This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. »

« The location, view and home were ideal. Extremely comfortable for our group of 6. Very clean. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived. I was told a new hot tub is on order and the issue was fixed very fast, but didn’t get up to temperature that night which meant it wasn’t available for one of the 2 nights of our stay. This was super disappointing (I had 5 teen girls checking it every 15 mins all night!), but I understand these things happen. Would definitely stay...

« We had a small group and a short stay at this beautiful Durango property on Florida Road. We arrived immediately after a major snow storm, and we sincerely appreciated that the driveway had been plowed. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The hot tub was at the appropriate temperature. The house has many useful appliances, utensils and extras. I would strongly recommend this property for multi-family or larger group stays in the area. »
