'The property and amenities at Lumina were absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. While initial communication was somewhat lacking, the staff more than made up for it; They graciously granted me extra time to check out when I needed it, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Lumina and give them a well-deserved five-star rating, with the only suggestion being to enhance their initial communication process.'

'Overall, property was very good. The view was incredible, location and all the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the shower in the hall bathroom did not work at all. There was virtually no water pressure. Also, the air conditioner in the main living area could not be adjusted accurately. The other air conditioners worked well.'

'We have come to love staying in this condo. We have stayed there twice in one year and surely plan on staying there every time we vacation in San Jose Del Cabo. It feels very homey. The location great very close to downtown and the beach.'

'We had a great stay in this unit. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and spacious. It is located about a 5-minute walk to the beach on an access path, right across the street. Heads up, the laundry is out on the back deck. The Momentum team were pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. '

'Great condo over looking the beach. Sat and Sun music from the Arroyo river under the freeway under pass was unbearable!! Constant all night long, No sleep for the front bedroom. Don’t stay there on a weekend! The condo had great amenities. Private pool and pool and jacuzzi on the property. Easy access to the beach. Uber works great there!
