Not Happy
I left this same message to the Yosemite Grand also. I am writing this due to the fact we were extremely disappointed in what we walked into. We left the property managers this same message. When we arrived the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and it was full.. We washed the dishes, and put them away. We only had several towels, 1 wash rag, 2 hand towels, and several big towels. Days later we noticed in the washing machine a full load of wet towels, we left them in the washing machine, not knowing if they were clean or not. There were several cobwebs and bugs over the TV. The grill outside was dirty, so we did not use it. The Dish TV did not work. We could not contact the property manager, due to no reception the entire time we were there. We left them a message about all of the issues, and let them know we left the trash double bagged as instructed. We had to drive about an hour outside the park to get the message to them and left a voice message, telling all if the above and to contact us if they needed to talk to us, we have gotten no respond.
