'Our room (101) was comfortable and quirky — made you feel like you were in a cozy cave. Can’t speak to the other rooms, but our place was huge, and the hotel’s location in Volcano provides easy access to the park and nearby restaurants (there aren’t many). Would definitely stay there again. The virtual check-in worked fine.'

'Checkin very friendly, the park is super clean, parking easy. Apartment good with lot of extra's like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc. Close to the black beach. Although there is not much around the location (20-30min drive for a supermarket), thats not the worst. On the big island everything takes time to drive, so for a relaxing place, this hotel is recommended.'
