We were blessed to be there one night when Kilauea erupted. The manager texted us and we were among the first people there. Amazing experience. 'This is a unique place to stay. We had the "Honeymoon Suite" complete with a large inroom "terrarium" that looks like it might be a concerted hottub. It's separated from thr living area with glass, and has fish swimming around. Kind of Hawaii cool. The bathroom has a double shower with beautiful inlaid art. The hosts left us fresh fruit and snacks every day, and there's a convenient mini frig and micrwave, as well as dishes and utensils. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The...
