Our second stay at this lovely property was just as lovely as our first. Such a great location, beautifully appointed, clean and safe for our curious toddler. Highly recommend this property if you’re visiting Kiama!

Clean and comfortable luxury
Firstly, the images are very accurate and representative of the property. It was CLEAN. We wiped some of the bench tops and floor areas and the cloths were still white. There is hand sanitizer and antibacterial hand foam at all the taps. The apartment comes appointed with nice little touches like Stanley Rodgers cutlery, Bosch washer and dryer, Bosch kitchen appliances, Stokke baby chair and bouncer, Boori cot, KitchenAid toaster, Alessi kettle, etc. Really good for families with plastic dishes and cutlery. There is a huge courtyard although we didn't use it. The beds are super comfy, the air con is strong, the bathrooms have both rain showerheads and handheld. The water pressure isn't the strongest but it's good enough. Shampoo and conditioner is provided, but only bar soap is provided and not body wash. Location was perfect for us. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect home away from home
The house is located close to many lovely cafes and restaurants. Also near the beach and a few pleasant coastal walks. Everything inside is of high quality and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! We had a couple of loud neighbours during our stay but that is beyond anyone’s control.

Stunning apartment
Stunning apartment and a great location within walking distance of everything. Sadly there no beach views from the apartment and there is construction behind the property and soon to be out the front too, there was no noise from this but it will interfere with the privacy down the road. Very comfortable beds and furniture but bring your own pillows if you like better neck support. Overall I can’t fault the property. Thanks for having us.

Not value for money
We were disappointed with the overall quality of the bedding and the kitchen utensils . The pillows on our bed were so thin that i ended up buying new ones I think the mattress also needed replacing for a handicapped room it was very low and no care seemed to be taken with the look of the bed unironed pillowslips and poor quality doonas and covers..Also the kitchen was not very well equipped only 2 dessertspoons for the four of us we had to buy extras . For what we paid we expected a lot better.Oven had not been cleaned. .

Lovely Property
A lovely property in exactly the place we wanted to stay. A small problem with the air-conditioning was addressed by John and the management team within a couple of hours. Overall this did not impact on our stay. I would highly recommend this unit for those who want to leave the car parked at the unit and just wander to the cafes, beach, rock pools and markets. A very enjoyable stay and will be back again in the future.

We were very happy with the accommodation. The only comment I would make is that the cleaners had left wet floors which were quite slippery and they needed drying to reduce the risk of slipping over.

Great Location, Great Apartment!!
Such a nice spot to stay which is in a great quiet location within easy walking distance to the main shops/restaurants/beaches. The apartment itself is very clean, well equipped with very comfortable beds, great choice of entertainment with Netflix provided and modern kitchen and bathrooms. We easily accommodated our 2 young children within the second bedroom and they had plenty of space to play outside (or get rid of all their energy) in the large patio area. If you are very tall (above 1.85m) the shower head heights might not be best suited for you but otherwise the bathrooms had lots of room with a nice size bath for the two kids to bathe in. John the property manager was very responsive in any communication we had with him and overall I would highly recommend this property and made our stay in Kiama very enjoyable.
