'The property is beautiful and the inside looks nice but that’s where the positive ends. Upon arrival at 4:00 we could not enter because there was a cleaner there still cleaning. Upon entry, a half hour later, the floors were soaking wet and slippery. The garbages were not empty in the bathrooms. The bedding was not freshly laundered. 'The 5 Acre Woods property was exactly as described and more. The property is very private due to the large lot and the many trees. Exactly what we were looking for. I loved that we could enjoy a wood fire both inside in the wood stove and outside in the fire pit. The inside has been updated and is very comfortable for a cooler rainy day if you don’t want to venture outside. But the outside is where the property really shines. 'Stayed here for a few days starting on new year's day. Had some family over and eveyone was happy with the accommodations. Allowed us all to get together and enjoy some family time cooking, watching movies, and playing games together.'

'Exactly what we were looking for ... a wonderful charming cottage with everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone and the bunkies are great for spreading out. We love the fall and did enjoy a little quieter time of year. All had a great time in the water and we did some fishing ... everybody had a great time. Will make this a regular family gathering !!'

'The property location and facilities are all excellent for all age groups. We enjoyed our stay. Like most places, there were a few minor repairs to attend to but our list was received positively. We'll know better when we go back the next time. We would recommend this rental highly and we hope to return.'
