'The caravan was very clean on arrival. The host had left cleaning products for us. The beds were made and also extra bedding. Clean towels were available. The host called before we arrived to let us know she had left ice lollies for the children and some crisps. There was also things like ready meals, tea, coffee, sugar and sauces. Also a bbq to use. '

'Fabulous find, great communication from owner, arrived late and excellent direction to rental was given. On entering the property was very impressed, what a bargain for such a lovely property. Would definitely recommend Birds Farm if your visiting Colchester or surrounding areas.'

'Staff always first class. Hot classic room in the old part of the hotel. Booked a classic room but was hoping for the new side as cooler. Also noisy wedding event outside the window. Non wedding guests would be better suited away from the event.'
