Luxury Condo on the River-Million Dollar View!

This luxury one bedroom, upstairs condo overlooks the award winning Riverwalk in heart of Downtown Wilmington. The master bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens to a view of the Cape Fear River and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $20/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

Beautiful sunsets, walk to everything. Very clean & great communication with owner Only sour note was parking. Make sure that you pay for parking everyday at 11:00am. If you pay earlier, it only covers though 10:59am the same day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was beautiful! The host was really quick to get back to me when I had a question. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk. It rained a lot on our trip, but thanks to the roll-out awning on the balcony, we could still hang out outisde. The condo was clean and well-equipped - coffeemaker for my husband, toaster for my son and hairdryer for me. We didn’t hear any neighbors during our stay. We plan to go back, and we’ve already recommended it to friends!

Location, location, location!
While this may have not been the best location for us (we have a 3 year old) the condo was great! Clean when we got there, great area and SO MUCH TO DO (if you don't have littles LoL). They even have a small binder with all recommendations, notes, etc. The one thing I wish I knew so ONLY sharing here to help others because it was important to me was that when you park across the street at Chandler's Wharf, make sure not to use their scan/text to pay WAIT UNTIL you get in the apt because they have a special rate of $20/day versus $30 for 6 hours. I did reach out to the parking company which of course, told me I have to reach out to a different company so we'll see how that goes but that's NOT the property's issue. Also, just because you pay for the day doesn't mean you have a guaranteed spot so it's almost like you're better off parking and just walking everywhere. There's SO MUCH TO DO around there! Overall, we had a great experience and we definitely recommend!

PROS: Great location with access to all the attractions (restaurants, shopping, breweries) Deck was perfect for sunsets & people watching along the Riverwalk. Bed was comfy & AC worked great. Came to Wilmington for Cody Jinks at Live Oak Bank Pavillion. It was a long walk to the venue, but it was along the river walk so not too bad. Condo was clean and as advertised. Great location with all you need a short walk away. Would stay again.

Great location!
We stayed at this condo for a wedding in the downtown area. The condo was really comfortable and well-stocked and the view/balcony was gorgeous! We loved relaxing out there in between wedding activities. It was also walking distance to everything we wanted to do so we didn't have to worry about driving all weekend, which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and a few first world problems
Great location, couldn’t ask for a better spot and parking was very convenient! Overall we enjoyed our stay with a few minor first world problems. Pull out couch has seen better days and we could not find the pump for the air mattress so the kids had to sleep on the deflated mattress. Thankfully they didn’t mind too much but was still kind of a bummer. Only two forks in the whole house, minor issue but felt odd and made eating lunch with the kids a bit interesting. TV in living room had hdmi disconnected and in a drawer for some reason. Didn’t bother hooking back up, just did show time in the bedroom. All told lots of minor details that didn’t matter too much but makes it hard to give 5 stars even though the location itself is absolutely 5 star worthy.

Conference Stay
Unit was perfect for what I needed. Walking distance to everything in the Riverfront District, including the Conference Center. Check in/out very simple and communication with the property owner was fast. No complaints and would stay here for future Wilmington trips.
