'A 1 night stay for work reasons. The pub and food are excellent with a good selection at a reasonable price. My room was comfortable but very cold due to the old leaking sash windows. All in all for the price it's ok for a 1 night stay. '

'Great little place to stay with really welcoming and friendly staff. We had a beautiful clean and cosy warm room with all the options as described in our booking. We dined in the restaurant and the food was tasty and well prepared. We would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to some local trails and town was an easy walk or drive down the road. Thank you'

'Our room was lovely, well equipped and comfortable. The hospitality tray was very good as were the toiletries and towels. The paintwork was a little shabby around the windows, which were old but inkeeping with the age of the building. If we were in the area again, we would not hesitate to book again.'
