'THE WHOLE FACILITY EQUIRES AN UPGRADE. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS OF POOR QUALITY. A RE-THINK NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE INTERNAL OF YOUR BATHROOMS . YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC STAFF. I WOULD RECOMMEND ZANDILE FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING. SHE WILL MAKE AN EXCELLENT MANAGER AT ONE OF YOUR RESORTS. BOTH YOUR RECEPTION STAFF HAVE GREAT DECISION MAKING SKILLS. USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.'

'In November 2023 I booked a single night for two people here for 25 June 2024 on Expedia. I received an email from Expedia saying “Your reservation is confirmed. 'It was a charming little room with a balcony. Private, quiet and sweet. We loved it! And we will be back. :) Security-wise it wasn't as good as it could have been. The property gate was always open and didn't respond to the clicker we received. The garage door didn't have a key so only locked from the inside. The suite itself did lock so I suppose not a huge deal, but still, an easy thing to fix to let us feel a little safer. The surrounding area is beautiful, lots of restaurants and...
