'Vintage and old luxury hotel. Don't expect modern luxury but the hotel is very nice the way it is. I would say...keep it that way. It's beautifull the way it is. Very nice staff.'

'The hotel is currently being renovated, so the corridor with the elevator is a construction site. Our room had not yet been renovated and made a dated impression. But all necessary facilities were present and working. Nice and helpful staff, especially the cleaners. Of the 5 hotels during our trip through New England, this was the least good.'

'Prima ontvangst in hotel mount Washington. Upgrade naar andere dependance. Mooie karakteristieke kamer met geweldige douche straal in ruime douche kamer. Stille kamer met goed bed. Enige wat ontbrak was een koffiezet apparaat op de kamer. Diner aan te raden in het hotell in de mail dining room. Prijzig, maar zeer smakelijke gerechten en prima bediening. Het uitzicht op de mount Washington krijg je er gratis bij !'

'My family and I spent two nights celebrating a birthday with a long weekend ski trip. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, and spacious enough for all of us to spread out. We appreciated the easy checkout process (no stripping beds, starting laundry, etc.) as it saved us so much time in the morning when we left.We look forward to staying there again!'

'This hotel was beautiful, clean with an awesome staff. We had an emergency at home and had to cut our trip short and they were so understanding and refunded the night without even being asked, now that is customer service.'
