'Check in was seamless. One small chip in one of the mugs in the room - which was changed immediately. Food at the on site Bar/Cafe was very good and good prices. BUT there was a function on in the function room which our room - No7 - overlooked. The volume of music was so loud it at times exceeded the tv volume. If we we made aware of this on booking I would have had second thoughts about staying. Why could we have not had a room further away - there were party attendees that stayed in the hotel...
