"Les photos du site ne correspondent pas aux chambres proposées. J'avais une réservation et lorsque je suis arrivé, on m'a dit que l'hôtel était complet et que je devais me satisfaire d'une chambre au RDC qui donnait sur le parking. Le lendemain, j'ai dû montrer ma réservation, et malgré tout, ils ne voulaient m'attribuer la suite que j'avais réservée. L'intervention du support de Hotels.com a permis de faire progresser ma situation mais au final, je n'avais toujours pas la suite réservée ..."

"Great location, good amenities, beachtowels for the beach and free rental beachchairs and umbrellas. Nice pool, coolest bar in waikiki (Tiki's) and nice views from the rooms. Keana from the reception was a great help. She worked nightshifts when we arrived and gave us a nice room. Only one issue for us, the elevators can be slow. Sometimes it takes a while to get to your floor. Would recommend and would come back. Mahalo! "

"We had a room facing the freeway. The room has very thin windows so it was very noisy. Also the air conditioner was so loud that we needed to turn it off to be able to sleep. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. The rooms were clean though. Parking is paying (24 dollars a night) but you can park in the street in front of the hotel for free. "
