« Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. « This villa was an absolutely stunning stay. The view of the lake and volcanoes even from the outdoor bathroom were incredible. The villa would get sauna hot in the afternoon sun, with just a standing fan to fight the heat. So we would leave the villa at this time. The hike up to the villa is no joke. We are young and active adults, who climbed volcano acatenango. Doing this at minimum daily hike up/down the villa was strenuous. We made sure to pack everything we would need for the day because...

« The house is beautiful and the host was so responsive and helpful. We encountered a few spiders around the house, and he brought us a repellent spray.From the top floor of the house, you get a beautiful sight of the lake and the mountains. I woke up with a sight of the sun shining on the mountain. Bring eye masks to sleep if you want to wake up late. There’s no blinders for the second floor where the beds are.We don’t stay at the house at noons, but the second floor can get hot around middays...

« The mark of a good rental in my opinion is whether you would rent it again and l will! I loved the design and feel of this house. Above the living quarters was a nice deck with a great view and nice area for meditation and yoga. The bed and pillows were nice comfortable and clean. The outdoor bathroom had a great view the lake, yet was private. There were plenty of Tuk-Tuks going by to catch a ride into San Marcos. Alsoutdoor bathroom wascomfortable. »

« The cabin has terrible access roads had an SUV and had a hard time getting there, once there one of the bedrooms has no heating, no fridge and the only way to heat the leaving room is by using firewood that has to be brought from outside and really hard to light up, top bedroom its only accisable by a ladder a construction ladder, showers can only be used hot or cold imposible to get warm water to shower and top bedroom shower does not work only water spicket, no internet working try both...

« Condo was clean and it was great to have drinkable water on tap. It’s a very bright unit with windows all around so you’ll be up early with the daylight. The shower was nice and the property felt very safe. »
