'Called the day before for airport Shuttle from airport and was advised to call upon arrival. Call Sunday upon arrival to be informed the airport Shuttle was only available Monday to Friday. I had to take an Uber....where is my refund. Inconvenience. '

'We stayed one night as a stop between Orlando and Miami. Friendly staff, especially breakfast team. We were early but after checkin time yet the room wasn’t ready so we were offered drinks and snacks while we waited. We decided to go to the beach of West Palm Beach which is nearby and check in later instead. The room is clean and bed is good. The air conditioning is loud (you know the older style units by the windows) and the room could use a little TLC like lamps that didn’t work or were loose....
