'I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed The Drift! We went on a ski trip with friends, who had a lot of kids with him. The cabin are well-planned with plenty of space and great sleeping design including the bunks. I really appreciated the blackout shades to block exterior lighting. Loved the patio design with bbq & fire pit. Close to the river and The Root coffee shop were a bonus. Initial driving locations were difficult but once we knew where to turn, finding The Drift is a breeze. Definitely a...

'My stay was clean and convenient in town. The only drawback was a 10 am checkout time and no one working the front office to hold bags while waiting for transport. Something to consider if you have a later flight or don’t have your own transportation. '

'it is exactly as the name says: a Budget Inn. it is very basic, small, old, but clean enough and with a comfortable bed. lodging in Durango is expensive so that also drives the price up of the Budget Inn. The stop of the (free) trolley bus to downtown is next door; perhaps the best perk.'
