'Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. '

'Had a great stay. Only concern was the 5th bed was maybe 4 feet long. I understood smaller bed in the description to mean cot size, but not toddler size. Ended up with a blow up mattress and had a great stay with 5 adult men. Creek was beautiful to see in winter. Great spot, great access to Albany and plenty of places to eat.'
