About the property
The Blended Barn comprises of two beautifully renovated barns, the three-bedroom Carriage House and the one-bedroom Piglet's Hideaway. The barns adjoin each other but are separated by an interconnecting, soundproofed door. Leave it open when everyone wants to be together in a shared living space. Or, simply close it to give privacy to family members, such as grandparents or a couple with a baby, when it is required. Both barns are stylishly appointed with rustic character and opulent interiors throughout and feature lots of luxuries. Open-plan living areas and outdoor spaces are perfect for socialising, while the countryside views are incredible. Should you wish to explore, the historic hamlet and private estate of Walton is perfect for scenic dog walks, or head out to the Cotswolds, Stratford-upon-Avon or Warwick for a great day out.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House features a stylish open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with a round dining table that seats up to 8 guests and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge features a sofa and armchair seating and a media wall with Smart TV and speaker system.
Of the three bedrooms: one is a ground-floor king-size master with an en-suite wet room with a walk-in shower and roll-top bath, while another king-size bedroom and a twin room are upstairs. There is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom/WC.
Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a shaded dining area, hot tub, BBQ, pizza oven, lounge area and countryside views.
Piglet's Hideaway

Piglet's Hideaway features an open-plan living space, including a light and airy lounge with a plush velvet sofa and Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials you will need to cater meals for two to enjoy at the dining table. A handmade oak staircase leads directly to the galleried king-size bedroom that has an adjoining en-suite with a walk-in shower and a cast-iron bath. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a BBQ and dining area, the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the rolling countryside views.
Guest access
Whilst the owners live nearby, you will have full access to enter the property when you arrive through a self-check-in facility.
Sustainability
We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking. Please note, wood-fired hot tubs take between 3-4 hours to heat initially.
Subject to availability and in agreement with the owners, there may be a possibility for late checkout on a Sunday for a small additional charge.
Caution: There is a deep ornamental pond nearby. There is a lifebelt located at the pond, but please do not swim or go near the edge of the pond which shelves away sharply. Do not let children or dogs play near the pond.
A baby travel cot, stair gate and a high chair are available on request and free of charge.
Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
