« Wonderful experience, thanks to Tom and his very kind wife who made us feel very welcome. As soon as we entered the place it smelled like sugar pie, delicious aroma in the wonderful house! What a beautiful little place, cozy beds, delicious breakfast, 5 min drive from Sugarbush mountain. We also enjoyed the fireplace and the lovely dog and cat. « What an amazing place to stay and enjoy the Mad River Valley! Rachel and her family made the stay perfect, adding special touches that made you feel right at home. The location is fabulous - walking distance to everything you need in Waitsfield and right on the river. Our kiddos loved running around on the property and playing with the cat and bunnies. We’d recommend staying here and hope to visit again someday! »

« Great home with 4 levels for 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. Wonderful living room area for gathering and games (well stocked!) Great kitchen with all we needed to prepare meals for our crowd . Heat lights in bathrooms were a bonus. Gorgeous view of the mountains - quick access to ski areas and yummy local restaurantsIssue with housekeeping / management not having home ready for our arrival but was sorted to our satisfaction - hopefully just a one-off issue for this wonderful property. « The location of the house was good for Bolton Valley, and Stowe and great for Sugarbush. The house has all you need for entertainment, comfort and amenities. We especially liked the fast drip, commercial coffee maker! The hot tub was also a hit after skiing each day. Good communication, well maintained and plenty of room. »

« We throughly enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable setting taking advantage of fireplace, hot tub, and open sitting kitchen area. With 7 guys there was a bed for everyone and enough bathrooms. The proximity to the ski areas and the town of Waitsfield is very close. I highly recommend this property. »

« Management property was no help when asking if there were extra linens for the pull out sofa & where the hot tub was located. Pictures show a sauna but there was not one. WiFi was unstable. Shower mat & curtain were dirty (potentially a bit of black mold.) the walkway to the door was a sheet of ice. Bed were comfy & hot tub was fabulous. »
