Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Our New Annual Getaway!!!
We were looking for a small and private beach house getaway for the weekend and found this hidden gem. Our property manager, Debbie, made herself available throughout our stay to answer all of our questions. Everything needed for our comfort weekend was provided. We strongly recommend this place for those who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We will be returning!

Cute cabin
The house is small but it has everything you need. The ocean was lovely to watch and good scavenging for rocks and sea glass. Very private place. My pup and I had a good time!

Exceeded all expectations :)
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! I traveled with my husband and five month old baby as well as my German Shepherd. I cannot stress how nervous I was about my first overnight outing with baby. Debbie was absolutely amazing, she ran over a pack and play which was a lifesaver during our stay. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for easy meals, internet speeds were great so both my husband and I were able to get a bit of work done, and the overall layout of the property is perfect for a small family. Also a huge plus for us was that the property feels extremely private because of the surrounding vegetation. Finally, The location is extremely convenient because there are super market very close by. This is my first time renting for a vacation in general instead of staying at a hotel and we are definitely coming back! PS - if you are coming as a couple for a romantic getaway this spot would be absolutely perfect!

Perfect Place for Two
This was an ideal place for the two of us to enjoy a peaceful time on the beach as well as a great location for exploring Long Island. We enjoyed the best wineries of the North Fork (less than an hour away), a day trip to Montauk via Shelter Island, and a day trip to Sagamore Hill at Oyster Bay. When not exploring, we sat on the beach chairs, read, watched the waves, and cooked delightful, local produce and meats on the grill. Debbie, the manager, provided the right balance of welcome and distance, while ensuring everything we needed in a beach cottage was ready for us to get away.

Wow in Wading River!!!
The beach house was perfect! Everything we needed was there. The kitchen has every utensil you will need. We were extremely comfortable the entire stay. Debbie was a perfect host. She made sure we had everything we asked for. We really enjoyed grilling on the deck with the beautiful view of the beach. Sunsets were amazing! We can't wait to go back!

Beach Front Location
The location of this property is amazing. You have direct access to the private beach, which is beautiful. We watched the sun set every day. Unfortunately the property has sustained water damage, which can be seen and unfortunately there is an underlying damp odor. The property is best suited for a max of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children as the pull out sofa can accommodate one person. Overall we had a wonderful time due to the location of the property.

This location is a great find for those wanting a cozy, beach cottage house! The location is on the beach hidden in the sand dunes. Gorgeous views, friendly neighbors and great communication with the owner. Highly recommend this space! It has all the basics and so much more! Can’t wait to come back again!

Exceptional experience
After spending the entirety pandemic in Manhattan, we were so thrilled to find this gem of a little cottage on the beach! Everything on the property was thought out to the smallest detail. Beautiful secluded in trees and bushes home, yet located right on the beach - with amazing water views and gorgeous sunsets! Cozy couch, comfortable bed, unexpectedly fast internet, excellent outdoor seating - everything was simply fabulous! Thank you so much, Debbie and Virginia! We will be back! :)

Cozy cabin
This little cabin was perfect for our anniversary getaway in early October. Close to restaurants and vineyards, direct access to beach and gorgeous views. No heat, bit they have space heaters. We stayed warm with blankets. Doesn’t look like much on the outside but the inside is super cute. Would definitely return!

Not as private and quiet as it looks
It is super small and right next to a beach club that can get rowdy especially on the weekends. Take a look at the satellite pictures and see how close the houses are to each other for a better feel. It is definitely not remote. The beach is quite rocky near the water, even though the sand is quite fine leading up to the house. The sand comes right into the deck as the house seems to be a little below the level of the dunes, there is a hose for washing the sand from your feet but it is full of holes and unusable (easy fix to be fair). We booked it for a week and left after 2 nights. The owners seem genuine and tried to make us whole but in the end it was money down the drain.

Expensive and not worth the money
Location, ie on the beach is nice, and we were happy that it was pet friendly. The views from the cabin were lovely and having kayaks available was a nice amenity. That’s the good stuff. But for what we paid a night, to find a super Rustic cabin, with outdated equipment, uninsulated, damp, with an uncomfortable bed and pillows, and not a hint of style or luxury was a HUGE disappointment. If we had been paying motel six prices it would have been fine, but we paid Manhattan prices without the style or comfort expected.

Peaceful location
The cottage was very clean and had all the essentials needed -- towels, linens, dishware, candles, umbrella and outdoor chairs. Even a kayak with life preservers. It's hard to find a place that accepts pets and we were able to spend the time with our dogs taking them for walks on the beach. The setting was very peacful with beautiful sunrise and sunset!
