I was in the front room with good amenities so I stayed 3weeks because I had a back problem. But the karaoke, construction & screaming kids were all questions I asked repeatedly in emails & texts and never got answers until the last day I when I threatened to cancel. Called 3 phone #'s & no one answered. Receptionist & manager both lied & never told me there was frequent very loud karaoke any day or night, and next door is a party house, & the street is full of very noisy kids.
Communication is bad. I had to ask repeatedly for instructions to get in at night with heavy bags & possibly no SIM card coming from Cambodia late. Instructions were very confusing & the padlock is very difficult to see and open in the dark so guests were always ringing the bell late & disturbing me. They changed the lock code without telling me.
If you are in the back briefly you will not be as bothered by these things, but those rooms are nothing special. My room was large, bright, fast wifi, big refrigerator, good hot water but tiny ants constantly in everything. Curtains hanging off the windows & wouldn't work properly. Refrigerator never cleaned inside or out & shower drain full of hair & debris. Door handle broken on balcony & top drawer of table. Housekeeping doesn't monitor any of these things.
Without the daily noise I would have loved it! I work on the phone & need quiet & was recovering from a back injury so needed to rest. I resent that stuff was not honest with me.
