'The staff helps you with anything. They are very friendly. Breakfast is great and is all brought to your table. Rooms are cooled and location is great near Llotja and close to cathedral. Only negative: Besides the jacuzzi there is no pool so in case you are planning to enjoy a swimming pool in an extended stay I wouldn’t recommend but I would definitely stay again!'

'The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!'
