'We arrived on Boxing Day and stayed through New Year's Day! This was the perfect location! You are steps away from the action in Central London, But this street is quiet enough that you can get some sleep. We traveled with our family of 5 -- and the teenagers all had their own bed. The flat has quite a few stairs as it's on the 3rd level and there are some creaks and squeaks, but it adds to the character. 'Great property with a fantastic location. Walking distance to many attractions, Victoria Underground (providing access to all of London) and Victoria Coach station (providing access to locations such as Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Oxford, etc.). Highly professional and responsive property managers who resolved all issues very quickly. Early check-in was a nice perk. '

'Our third visit to the property and enjoyed every visit and will be back again. It’s conviently located for the beach and restaurants. There is a good bus service to Tenby if you don’t want to use car. '

'Good spot for a short stay. It is indeed a *cozy* hideaway, but the room has all the essentials. We did find that the towels provided were still damp (presumably from being washed for changeover) and the room ventilation is not great so it is difficult to get things to dry (e.g. towels between showers). Kitchenette is nicely presented and has the essentials (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge), bedding was clean and comfortable, on the whole would recommend if you just need a place to sleep...
