'The hotel was great! It was clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see - Verde Canyon Railroad, Historic Cottonwood, Jerome, and Sedona. We loved that it is family owned. Everyone who worked there was helpful. The woman at the front desk was awesome, and funny!! The decor was cute, the bed was comfortable, the room and grounds were clean, it was a safe location. We’ve already recommended it to our friends and plan on coming back. '

'Everything was good EXCEPT the elevator is not working and we were put on 3rd floor …. For older people and people with mobility difficulties they should be made aware of this issue PRIOR to checking in and offered main floor if possible or they could make an informed decision to go elsewhere . We were offered assistance with the luggage BUT the people still need to get to the room as well. Elevators NEED to be in working order . '

There were so many cute trinkets of the old days within, the lobby had constant old time music playing. The people helping run the establishment were very accommodating and I loved the room atmosphere and decor. The only thing that worried me was the fear of damaging the expensive unique quilt on the bed or my hair dye coming off on the pillow cases. I was thinking maybe they should have a black...
