'Nobody can speak in English. But the worst thing is they ruined one of our passports. At the check in, someone broke the page with personal data of one of our passports. the man in charge wrote us a message with a translator asking to go to our room that they will bring us the docs later. They gave all passport to one of us, and told nothing about the issue. we have seen only later that the page had been fixed using adhesive tape. better to stay in another hotel, maybe an international one.'

'Friendly staff, nice interior design and a good deal of choices in breakfast. Shower is stronger than I expected. However, my friend got locked out of his room due to technical error of the door lock. It surprised us as this hotel is rather new and this has never happened to me in other Hyatt hotels in the world. Hyatt should look into this.'
