'Our daughter who attends the local university fell and sprained both of her ankles. Long story short we had to travel from Michigan to tend to her and she wont be going tmback to her 3rd dloor dorm. The staff here gave us a handicap suite on the first floor. It was so appreciated. They were amazing in handling our unique situation. '
