'Installations was a little bit old, we could see some ants in the room. When we booked, it said there was a laundry service but finally it wasn't true but they still tried to accommodate us and did our laundry. The service was really good. For a 2 star hotel, it is really good but it was the same price as some 4 stars hotels.'

'Cuando llegamos al albergue, el propietario dijo con voz muy enojada que no tenía una habitación para nosotros esa noche. Ella simplemente no había tenido tiempo de cancelar nuestra reserva y fue culpa nuestra que hiciéramos la reserva en la web, y no la llamáramos. Dijimos que ambos estaban aturdidos. Nunca he visto un servicio tan pobre. ella ni siquiera nos ayudó ni nos ofreció un lugar para sentarnos adentro para tratar de encontrar otro hotel donde hospedarnos. Más tarde, me di cuenta de...
