'Das Haus liegt am Ende des Dorfes mitten im Dschungel. Arturo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wer Mexiko abseits des Tourismus erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Ek Balam und die Cenote sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. In dem Dorf mit seinen freundlichen Bewohner haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und da es etwas abseits steht, hat man das Gefühl ganz allein im Dschungel zu sein.'

'While this hotel is pleasant enough and reasonably handy for the ruins the the big drawback is the food. This chain has a common menue throughout and, apart from breakfast, the food is unimaginative and poorly cooked. There are, however, local restaurants where the food is much better.'

'The owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect :) had everything you needed. There was also a closeline out the back door for drying clothes that was really handy (And hammock hooks in the room which was cool). The yard is beautiful and has tons of greenery, birds and gheckos. Frida Kahlo the cat that lives there is very friendly and cute. :) The door also had multiple lock options and felt very safe, and the property was only a 10 minute walk from the city center. '
