'We had a wonderful time in Cottage 39. We were in town for a wedding and wanted a little bit of space for our family of 4. This was the perfect spot. We didn't get to spend a lot of time on property because of wedding activities, but we did take advantage of the free mini golf as well as the outdoor and indoor pools at the lodge. The kitchen was great for making breakfasts to start our busy days. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Check in was very informative Re: new Pet Policy that we should have reserved by phone so that we were put into a pet room. We were allowed to stay in the room they had selected. Our TV froze the last evening there- it never worked well and did not work well with the remote anyway. The air conditioner only cooled the room to 72 with the curtains closed. '

'The resort is set up very nice, the pools are relaxing and well maintained. The rooms are rather small not much extra space. Bathroom needed better cleaning a lot of hair behind the door and toliet. Game room was nice just needs a few newer games. We weren't told the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast during the week only on weekends. Also wasn't told about the 200.00 per room hold on your card and we booked 2 rooms so wasn't happy about that. The facility is nice and well maintained...

'Our stay at the Shenandoah Crossing was wonderful! The setting was beautiful and the cabin was awesome! Very clean and modern with the rustic feel. All staff at the lodge were helpful and very nice! Our family enjoyed our stay very much! We’re already talking about making this a yearly trip! Thank you! The only thing I could suggest is to please list the incidental fee amount on the confirmation information. Other than that our trip was much more than we anticipated!!'

'Everything was great with the exception of the check in process. Since this property is a timeshare, the owner is to book the rsvp under the travelers name. Checking in was a nightmare & the staff made it worse they urged me to leave because I was “scammed” after my family & I drove for hours to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday. I will say, when I contacted the host they were pretty quick to fix things and I was able to check in fine. The property is beautiful. Everything was great otherwise.'

'The B unit is enormous with huge rooms and plenty of space. The bedrooms don't have closets and the bathrooms are very small compared to the overall space. Neither bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The grounds are pleasant with several outdoor seating areas and huge decks. Other guests were easily overheard. Easy access for people with mobility challenges. Plenty of parking.'

'My wife and I stayed at the suite for a quick getaway to visit a few wineries and a restaurant or two before spending a couple hours on Skyline drive. This was exactly what we were looking for.
