'We were a family of 5 that traveled to visit our daughter who studying in Perugia. Nicola’s apartment is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, museums, sites and the mini metro. The apartment had everything we needed to cook meals, enjoy a morning coffee and a large room with which to spend time with family and friends. Nicola is an amazing and responsive host! '

'The apartment was large compared to my typical rentals in Italy. Separate kitchen and living room with seating and table. Both rooms and bathrooms are large. Orvieto is a walking town, but the location was about as close as you can get to main attractions and still have some solitude. The hosts met at the property to check us in and checked in later via text. I would stay agian.'

'The Spello House was perfect for our family of five! So clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Our host, Monica, went above and beyond to welcome us and treated us like family! She stocked the pantry and fridge for us, recommended some amazing places for us to visit and eat at, and set up two excursions for us. She is the best host we have ever had at a rental and Spello House was our favorite place we stayed during our Italian adventures. We hope we get to come back someday!'

'Questo posto ad Assisi è così vicino alla perfezione per una vacanza di qualche giorno. Tutti i posti turistici sono disponibili a piedi dalla porta della casa. La casa si trova dentro un giardino gigantesco con tanti alberi di olive. C’è una vista panoramica di Assisi. Raccomandiamo questa casa con 5 stelle senza dubbio!'

'Conosco molto bene Spello ed ho soggiornato in varie location, ma devo essere sincera che questa volta sono stata veramente fortunata. Location da cartolina, in pieno centro ma in una via tranquillissima, infatti tutti i passanti facevano le fotografie sulla scala piena di fiori del nostro appartamento. L’appartamento, nuovissimo, pulitissimo e arredato con un’eleganza molto raffinata e con fiori freschi. Le fotografie del Sito non rendono giustizia, la realtà è stata molto meglio delle...

'Wir haben mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Erfrischung in dem sehr gepflegten Pool war überaus angenehm. Tolle Lage für Exkursionen.'

'Our stay at Casamaggiore was perfect. The property was traditionally and simply styled, well supplied and met all our needs. The facilities were as advertised and we delighted in using the pool and tennis courts. The property is perfectly situated for day trips to explore the region.
