This four bedroom, three 1/2 bath home is located on Duck Lake in Twin Lake, Michigan.

Enjoy picturesque views of the spring-fed lake from all three levels of the home. A large wrap around porch and private porch off of the master all overlook the lake. The home is completely furnished in Northern Woods and Lake motif, including rustic and log, Amish-made queen sized beds in bedrooms (three queen beds, one twin). Air conditioning is only located in the four bedroom area

Enjoy sunsets, peaceful mornings, calls of nature, hiking, kayaking, row-boating, and swimming. Fishing?

The Lake House is where you’ll find it all.

Way Exceeded Expectations
My son and I spent the weekend there with my two labrador retrievers. The property is absolutely gorgeous. It sits overlooking a very tranquil and beautiful lake. We heard and saw birds constantly. There was no road, human, or motor noise at all. We brought our kayaks and enjoyed the lake. Our dogs enjoyed a swim,( it was too cold for us still this early in the year!) The house is extremely comfortable. You could easily have a much larger group here. Property manager was a delight to interact with. We would return in a heartbeat and hope to do so.

Beautiful house in a great location
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property with plenty of space. Greg provided all the information well ahead of time and also was in touch with us through our stay. The pictures do not do justice to this property with beautiful views from the deck and balcony. Very comfortable beds and clean appointments. Highly recommend it.

Property worked well for us!
The property was perfect for our group of 6 adults! Lots of room in the living room and downstairs common area. The kitchen was plenty big enough for all 6 of us to be cooking at once. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, bowls and cooking utensils. The owner was very responsive to answer some questions I had before we arrived. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Place
The house was much bigger than expected from the pictures online. Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. The covered wrap around porch was perfect for those rainy evenings. The host Greg was amazing. He is very accessible and answers your questions promptly. Would definitely recommend this place for a great getaway on the lake.

Quiet and lovely location
We couldn't stop gazing out the front window at the beautiful view. But when we finally managed to pull away from that view, we saw a spacious, clean, nicely decorated space. Everything we needed was at hand. The owner/manager made all instructions clear and easy to follow.

Great family time
We loved it here. Rustic area but the home had everything we were looking for. Right on a small lake and we all enjoyed the fishing from the dock. Lake is several steps down from the house and the trip back up took some time. The house is roomy and has all the conveniences of home. Most stores etc were a short drive. Can't wait to schedule another trip to this house.

Nice Family Getaway
We totally enjoyed our stay for 2 nights in early September. We enjoyed rowing and swimming in the lake. Very quiet and private home. Host was very responsive. The nearest grocery was about 30 minutes away. Very clean with comfortable beds. Definitely recommend.

Great family getaway at the lake
The house is nice and big. It was very clean without any musty smells that you sometimes get at lake houses. The owner was kind and quick with communication. We had two dogs and a big family, and it was more than enough space. There are beautiful views of the lake from the decks, which make for a very peaceful setting.

Beautifull home on the lake
We really enjoyed the house. It was clean and had all the features we expected. The house was more impressive in person than we appreciated from the listing. The dock and lake were nice. The view from the deck was great - we even saw a bald eagle in the back yard. The location is quiet and remote with no traffic. The nearest towns are a 10+ minute drive. We spent some time on most days during our trip driving to/from the West Michigan shoreline towns like Grand Haven, Muskegon, Pentwater, Ludington which are all 30-60 minute drives from the house.

Winter Wonder Land
It was a great home for us to have as our base camp to go visit family and friends over the Christmas break. Owner was quick to respond and helpful during the whole stay. We got snowed in for 3 days and played lots of cards together.

Very nice house, clean, beautiful view of the lake, though since quite snowy we didn’t go out in the boat. My only suggestions are more than one towel per person would be nice and more than one key, since with 7 of use staying there this was inconvenient. We very much enjoyed our stay and so did our dogs!

RENTERS BEWARE - THERE ARE A LOT OF STAIRS
This is a very spacious home with plenty of room for families. The beds were comfortable and the views were very nice. It has a nice sandy beach area. The host was very responsive to the few issues we had. However, not shown in the photos is a very long stairway down to the beach. I counted 75 walking steps down. If you aren't able to do stairs well, I would skip this rental.

Beautiful home!
Such a beautiful place to stay! Very peaceful and quiet. Not many houses on the lake itself making it very secluded and private. The lake is shallow enough near shore that all the kids aged 3-13 were able to swim and have fun and with no worries about it dropping off or getting too deep. The house was very clean! So many bathrooms and showers to accommodate a large family. 4 good sized bedrooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. Greg, the property owner was exceptionally nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this place for large families/groups, for memory making, and fun for all!

Lovely house on Duck Lake
Very clean, and unusually high quality furnishings for a rental. Lots of outlets. Spacious. Great porch overlooking the small lake. Amenities like hand soap, paper towels, cloth towels,dishwasher soap provided by host. Plenty of dishware.
