'We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 10/10. The house was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Julian was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. The location of the house is right on the beach, which is crowded (we were there over Christmas so might have been the time of year), but the home comes with lounge chairs and we had plenty of the beach to ourselves. The heated pool was also delightful. We would definitely return to this home on beautiful Turks & Caicos!'

'We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Villa. The property is quite spacious & beautiful. It’s located right on the beach providing spectacular views. It’s just a short drive to Grace Bay where we discovered delicious food. The weather was perfect all week. This villa is exceptionally clean and management is easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend this beautiful villa if you’re looking for a wonderful & relaxing vacation. '

'This place is so perfect - the views are breathtaking. It is centrally located on the island so you can travel to adventures on one end or the other - car/jeep is a must. The sun on the pool is perfect. Our Property Manager Terri was so communcative! If we had to add anything it would be a cookie sheet (we cooked 2 meals a day at the house) and more furniture in the den for movie watching but, it was perfect for us. We will be back for sure!!!'

'We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice.'

'Our stay was fabulous. The home is beautiful and ideally located. I do recommend that you rent a car. We had our three grown children and their girlfriends. We had the best time. The kitchen is so well furnished. And the outdoor patio and seating is spacious and perfect for large groups. 10/10!!'

'The villa was very clean. The WiFi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have issues with the tv remote along with the one ac remote. Says there is a washer and dryer on site but was only able to locate the washer, however, there is a clothesline to dry. Overall we enjoyed our stay.'

'Best thing about the property is the magical views. The home itself is large and very nice, but well worn; the accoutrements as well. But everything is there that you could possibly need or want for your trip. The property was very clean from top to bottom. Vallie, the host, was 100% communicative and could not have been sweeter or more professional. She was awesome! So yes, we would recommend this property even with its small shortcomings. '

'Came in for vacay a day early to beat the storm and found this little gem! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants in easy walking distance. Beach access was super easy and very close to Smiths Reef if your intent is snorkeling. The hosts were very communicative and the place was very clean. Great value for the price! 'Our first international VRBO, we really loved the views! Sunrise every morning with our drinks on patio were amazing! The unit was very clean and was what we expected. We did not have a good Wi-Fi experience while staying there and the driveway entrance is very rocky. But overall it was nice and quiet with amazing views of the chalk sound.'

'We will be returning-exact same spot. The beach access was perfect, quiet quaint neighborhood with restaurants close but away from all the resorts. It was one of our best trips ever. Already booking for next year!'
