'Great visit with friends in late January. Communication throughout was great. House was clean and is like the pictures. One big plus is the way the house is situated so the pool and beach are out of the wind. It was windy all week on the island but it never impacted us at our beach and pool. 'We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice.'

'The villa was very clean. The WiFi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have issues with the tv remote along with the one ac remote. Says there is a washer and dryer on site but was only able to locate the washer, however, there is a clothesline to dry. Overall we enjoyed our stay.'

'This place is truly incredible! The photos don't even begin to capture how amazing it is in person. Everything was perfect during our stay, and the property management team was outstanding! so friendly and helpful! I honestly have no complaints. One tip: I’d recommend having a driver or renting a car, as the location is a bit off the beaten path, but other than that, I’d give it a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it!'

'Best thing about the property is the magical views. The home itself is large and very nice, but well worn; the accoutrements as well. But everything is there that you could possibly need or want for your trip. The property was very clean from top to bottom. Vallie, the host, was 100% communicative and could not have been sweeter or more professional. She was awesome! So yes, we would recommend this property even with its small shortcomings. '

'The Grace Bay Ocean Villa property is a gem. We stayed in the Magnolia Villa and the Jasmine Villa - both were extremely clean and very comfortable. Well stocked and positioned around the fantastic lap pool that was used every morning! Two minute walk to a fantastic beach that’s extremely quiet and peaceful with chairs and umbrellas. 'We truly liked the location of the Villa at the end of West Grace Bay. It was very relaxed and not at all crowded.The private beach access was wonderful and there were plenty of sun loungers, (not as many umbrellas and tables though!)
