'The bathroom was dirty (spill on the wall and dirt on the floor) and stains on extra duvet. The staff didn’t respond to our text about and when we got locked out none answered. Has great potential if a little more attention to details. '

'From the moment we open the door to our room, we knew we had to book another night. The location and scenery were awesome. The front desk staff was welcoming, informative and professional. The room and views were stunning, luxurious, comfortable and we appreciated the extra touches - robes, slippers, real glassware, mugs, and more.
