'The hosts are great! Great communication and very kind. They made sure we had everything we needed before we got there. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean. The neighborhood felt safe. Loved the family photos on the walls and info about "mom" 3. It was a great place for our quick over night stop. The only "downside" is that it was very hot and there is no thermostat to adjust in the unit. They do provide fans, however, we needed to open windows for a bit (I am usually cold...

'Olivia the manager, is an amazing advocate for her guest and takes customer service to a whole new level. I only stay here when I go to Chatanooga. The gym is great, it’s right beside Starbucks and has Ulta and Nordstrom Rack across the street. Easy access to I 75. '
