3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom close to Queens Park, CBD, Schools & St Vincent's Hospital

Located in a beautiful tree lined street, just a 2 minute stroll from Queen's Park. Keeler Cottage is your ideal home for; rest and relaxation, family gatherings, business (10 minute walk to CBD), relocation, visiting children at boarding school (5 minute walk to Toowoomba Grammar School), medical appointments or stays at St Vincent's hospital.

The cottage has been completely renovated inside and out.

There are 3 bedrooms all with ducted air-conditioning
- One with ensuite, Queen Bed, Smart TV (Netflix), Built in Robes, Full length mirror, Chest of drawers, Ceiling Fan

- One with set of Single Bunk Beds and pull out Trundle, Built in Robes, Desk and Chair

The bathrooms have wonderful strong showers with instant hot water. The main bathroom also has a bath.

The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. With new appliances including a Nespresso machine, Smeg oven, gas cooktop and dishwasher.

The lounge/dining room opens up to the rear deck with bi-fold doors. You can relax in
front of the gas log fire listening to your music with the Blu Ray sound system or enjoy a movie watching the Smart TV (Netflix).

The house has an inside laundry with a new washing machine and dryer.

There is wi-fi and ducted air-conditioning throughout.

The house comes complete with high quality linen and towels.

There is an outside deck area with table and chairs ready for al fresco meals.

The property is fully fenced and there is a secure undercover remote controlled single car parking area at the rear. With additional off street parking for up to 2 cars at the front.

Everything you need and more
We loved our short stay here. The house has been beautify renovated to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped with the pantry full of all the essentials and luxuries you can think of. The beds are super comfortable as is the lounge. The location is just a walk down the street to Queens Park. We headed to the markets on Saturday morning and grabbed some croissants and coffee, took them back and enjoyed our breakfast on the back deck. Absolutely awesome place to stay. We would love to go back again.

This property is one of a kind, upon walking in at check in We felt so relaxed. The house had a lovely smell that made us feel at home. It has been done up very tastefully. Just Perfect!
Keeler Cottage is a perfect home away from home, the owners have thought of everything. The decor was spot on (mix of old and new); the gas heater was extremely effective and the kitchen was highly functional with extras that went above and beyond. I've stayed in several B & Bs and this is my absolute favourite. East Toowoomba is close to the city but full of beautiful tree lined streets; just lovely!

'Holiday Experience At Its Best'
Keeler Cottage presented as an extremely well organised, immaculately clean and well stocked holiday destination. The attention to detail presented by the owner is amazing. It is better than what is shown and listed on the website. The host is impeccable in her service- ensuring that we have a smooth check-in the day before. The furnishings and fixtures are so clean and modern. The plentiful food supplies are such great blessings - we do not lack anything at all. The netfix in 3 rooms ensured that my extended family need not squabble over the tv channels. It is so cosy and comfortable that my family members would rather stay in than explore the region. More importantly, Megan is an excellent hostess - helpful, easy going, generous and highly efficient- thank you.

Comfortable and well-maintained
We stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It easily accommodated us and our three kids and the furniture, facilities and finishings were outstanding. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully renovated and Megan was very helpful and easy to contact. The location is perfect in that it is close enough to walk to cafes, Queens Park, etc. but is still very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. We would not look anywhere else if we needed to stay in Toowoomba again.
