'Oh, I loved this place! The owners are so friendly and gave me some tips regarding restaurants and sightseeing for the rest of my trip. I enjoyed the chat right before my check-out. 'Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. 'Cute, clean house a short distance from town. We were only there for one night but would love to come back for longer! We loved how dog friendly it was. The driveway is steep but was no issue. There was no cell service for us in Paonia (verizon) so make sure to download/screenshot house directions ahead of time! '

'The glamping tent was wonderful - very spacious, comfy bed. And there was a heater and a fan - we needed the fan because it was so hot (but so much cooler at night). Siiting on the deck was so relaxing - very pretty plantings all around. And quiet. Only 1 other tent. The shower was close and worked so well. The porta potties looked and smelled nice and clean (however, bring a flashlight). '

'Great location, clean, beautiful gardens. We were there during a bit of a heat wave and the house only has one swamp cooler in the main room so it was a bit hot… Some fans would be nice. It would also be nice to have a more opaque privacy screen for the second full bed since we were there with friends. But overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again.'
