'Gorgeous view! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. It could have used some newer/better hand towels and wash cloths. There were only a few wash cloths and hand towels between the two bathrooms and they were a little ragged. Additionally, there were four tv remote controls total. Two did not have batteries and one did not work. We used the remaining remote for both of the televisions which were located in different rooms. That was a little annoying. The check-in process was mostly easy but...

'All lights in room were overly bright and glaring, esp beside lamp. Outside light which could not be turned off or blocked shown direct on bed making sleep '

'The condo is very scrupulously clean. Check-in was very easy, keyless entries are very convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent. You really can’t go wrong with this location unless you like to pay an arm and a leg for JW Marriott. The unit and the balcony were very spacious . We really enjoyed Marco Island and Ian’s beautiful condo . We highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again . Thank you Ian for the wonderful memories on Marco Island.'

'Nicely remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath perfect for two couples or family with a couple kids. One bloc from beautiful beach and one block from multiple fabulous dining and shopping. Condo was extremely clean and small kitchen had everything needed. Excellent communication with host and great onsite parking. Highly recommend!'
