'Lovely large room and en-suite. Dog-friendly. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast. Difficult to open windows and the rooms are accessible from the back of the pub so you have to go outside if you want to go to the pub which isn’t ideal if it’s cold/rainy. Overall though a fabulous stay. '

'We stayed for one night, we could not fault a thing, the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, beautiful and clean throughout, we had an evening meal which was absolutely amazing, such reasonable a reasonable price, and the portions were huge! We stayed in the Bolton room which was very clean and comfortable, there was plenty of tea and coffee,and some lovely toiletries to ise too, luxury towels and bedding too.
