'Excellent holiday destination staff very helpful down side is the book in times for the room entry is in the afternoon but still get charged a full day '

'We were at The Carmel for 3 nights and they did not change the linen during our stay or make the bed. We didn't make a request but I had expectations that if guests were staying for more than 1 night that someone would attend to the room. Apart from this, the location was good and the staff very helpful.'

'We hebben 1 nacht in motel verbleven, ligt aan vrij drukke weg. Auto aan straat moeten parkeren omdat er geen plek was. Verder was het schoon en het in en uitchecken verliep vlot en duidelijk'

'Nice holiday park with many amenities sadly our visit was short and we couldn't use most. I'd recommend spending a couple days here in warm weather to experience all the park has to offer. May be nice if they offered a discount if youre not using the Waterpark. '

'Het is gewoon een heel oud hotel waar veel potentie inzit. De plek is top. Kamers mega gehorig zelf de verste kamer van de bar.. die ik had. mijn kamer zat naast de achterdeur. Erg handig als je met je koffer de trap op moet. De trap bij de "receptie" is erg lang en bij de achterdeur is het maar een paar treden. Je wordt niet geholpen door het personeel. Er was een man die zo lief was mij te willen helpen. Helaas kwam ik pas bij mijn kamer erachter dat er een kleinere trap was .. Deze deur doet...
