'Our room was a suite with 2 doors One of the doors was nearly impossible to close If my son wasnt along, i wouldn't have been able to get it shut. It needs shaved or something. Certainly should have been determined prior to our stay. I am not old nor am I without muscle, this is really unacceptable. '

'I enjoy staying at this hotel. Bed is comfortable, large television, no carpet in most of the room, it is just around the bed. There is Dove shampoo and conditioner in the shower. '

'Love the decor and staff!! I didn’t get to try the restaurant but it looks awesome. Definitely a great place to stay if you need to be in rapid city. Solo female traveler and I felt very safe.'

'This was a great place to stay. It met our expectations; was clean and accommodating. The check is was rough. They were behind and check in was almost an hour late. When finally checked in they were still cleaning the room so I helped the housekeeper get our room ready. The property description said there was a roll away bed but there was not. Can hear the people above on next floor walking and moving around. Overall good stay.'

'Geweldige service bij de lobby. Echt top. Mooi hotel en super gelegen. Valet Parking in de ochtend had het druk te druk voor 1 persoon, waardoor wij erg lang op de auto moesten wachten, ook beetje eigen schuld hadden we maar moeten bellen hoor dan had de auto er gestaan. Voor de rest echt super hotel'
