'We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. 'The pictures were n the sight are deceiving,the property was damp and dirty and we could not stay in it,apparently it was cleaned two weeks prior to our stay,cleaning should have been done the day before,the owner was very uncooperative,and has not issued a refund ,indeed he has ignored my request'

'The views were absolutely beautiful, such as peaceful spot in the middle of the countryside which is exactly what we wanted but also perfect for explore the jurassic coast, little coastal villages/towns and countryside. Also lovely to find somewhere and very thankful they were happy to accept our 2 little doggies (for a fee) which is not an easy thing to find .
